CROSSBREED 1 - TEAM EVENT - was open to any team of 4 ready to compete, or just challenge themselves over the most eventful MILE you will ever do.

A BIG THANK YOU!

 

Well what a competition that was! 

 

46 teams entered and 3 came out on top! The women's TG Angels with a time of 57.49, the mens team Hanger HPC with a time of 48.18 and the mixed team Gain Fitness Warriors with a stunning overall time of 49.57

 

There were some close runners up and I think it’s fair to say that every single person on that course put a huge shift in and came away buzzing! That’s why we designed CROSSBREED to give competitive types like you something unique to train for. 

 

We at  The Green Mile Training Camp would like to state how thankful we are to each team who showed up and got amongst it. The blue skies certainly helped but all of you were such good sports. The feedback was 100 percent positive and has convinced us of the need to run another one - CROSSBREED2 - PAIRS- Feb 6th 2022 -  See you soon!!

(As a team split between you anyway, 1 person working at a time)

REPS

The exercise station total reps can be split between the team anyway you like.

For example -  If you have a strong rope climber, they can do more, or all the reps to make up for the weaker climbers, and vice versa for pull ups or any other station.

​

*Burpees and dumbell snatches are synchronised.

*Total reps announced at event.
