CROSSBREED 2 is a 'BACK to BASICS' PAIRS event. A mile long course with numerous body weight exercise stations and challenges along the way.

 

No technical movements such as rope climbs or pull-ups this time round, as we are going 'back to basics'.....back to fundamentals of movement, body weight exercises, agility and endurance.

 

Burpees, drags, jumps, air squats plus many team challenges challenges along the way, such as the new Cargo Hill, Sand Bag Amphitheatre, The Church Bells and the (No Wall) Wall Balls.

Oh, By the way, did we mention you will be joined to your partner the whole way around! Both of you will be holding each end of a rope shackle whilst working as a team on the exercises, runs and challenges.

Open to any team of 2 - Men, women or mixed pairs, hosted at THE GREEN MILE TRAINING CAMP in Cardiff.

(Get a sandbag to the top of amphitheatre quarry as a team)

Unless stated, Most of the exercise station total reps can be split between the team anyway you like.

For example -  If one of you is stronger at push-ups, they can do more, or even all the reps, then vice versa for the other stations.
