Service Description

Designed to work well for individuals, groups or family members, this course will involve the following:  * Theory of map reading and compass skills.
 * How to find your location on a map.
 * How to orientate your map to the land you see in front of you.
 * How to locate key features on a map from what you can see.
 * How to find an 8 figure grid reference & how to give a grid reference of your position. 
 * How to select a route and follow it confidently.
 * Recognise natural features on the land and trees to determine direction.
 * Team challenge to locate and find a set point using your new found skills within a one mile radius (supplied with walkie talkies and tutorial)
